5.1 Withdrawal Process

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of tya777 shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of tya777 shall first be addressed through our customer support team at [email protected]. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Manila, Philippines, under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against tya777.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Manila, Philippines.

All content on the tya777 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, software code, text, images, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive property of TYA777 Gaming Corporation or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.
